1. Eligibility

2. Accounts and Security

You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is offered via paid subscriptions (monthly/annual plans). Pricing is listed on the site. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You authorize recurring charges via your payment method.

4. AI Disclaimers

• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. Do not rely on them for critical decisions (health, finance, legal).
• We do not endorse or guarantee AI-generated content.
• You use AI outputs at your own risk.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for providing and improving the Service (including AI training, unless you opt out). Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Prohibited Uses

Do not: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) use for illegal purposes; (c) impersonate others; (d) spam or harass; (e) violate third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content (except User Content) are owned by AIGenCoach LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited license for personal use only. No transfer of ownership.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may cancel anytime. Upon termination, access ends and accrued obligations survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS”. No warranties of fitness, merchantability, or uninterrupted access. AI accuracy is not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice via email or site post. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
